Where exactly are you located?

We're on 3.03 wooded acres just outside Marshall, Texas, in the East Texas Piney Woods — about 25 minutes from Caddo Lake, 45 minutes from Shreveport, and roughly 2.5 hours east of Dallas. Exact directions are sent with your booking confirmation.

Do the cabins have bathrooms?

Each Princess Cabin has a handwashing sink with copper fixtures. Showers and commodes are in the shared rustic modern cedar bathhouse, which has two private suites with rain showers, towels, and bath products. It's a short lit path from every cabin.

How many people can stay?

Each cabin has one queen bed and sleeps two, so the property sleeps eight across all four cabins. The wellness deck can hold twelve participants plus a facilitator, so retreats can include day guests.

What does a stay cost?

Peak season nightly rates start at $129 per cabin. All four cabins as a group stay are $516 a night, and a full property buyout is $695 a night with a two-night minimum. Wellness packages are added per guest at checkout.

Are wellness sessions included?

Sessions are an optional upgrade. Add a Grounding, Renewal, or Full Immersion package to any booking and we'll schedule your sound bath, yoga, breathwork, or pilates sessions around your stay.

Can I bring my own facilitator?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's what the buyout is for. Reserve the property and the deck is yours, with power, string lighting, mats, bolsters, and blankets on site. Tell us your plan and we'll set it up.

Are the cabins climate controlled?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every cabin is climate controlled for East Texas summers and cool winter nights, with operable windows on all sides for when the weather is perfect — which it often is in spring and fall.

What about pets and children?

Accepted Answer

We're an adults-focused quiet retreat, so we don't host pets. Guests 16 and older are welcome. If you're planning a family buyout, reach out and we'll talk it through.

Question 9

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel at least 14 days before arrival for a full refund, or 7 days out for a 50% refund. Buyouts and hosted retreats require 30 days notice. Weather closures are always fully refundable or rebookable.
